Allotments
Our allotments are a wonderful place to enjoy the fresh air, grow your own produce, and meet fellow gardeners. Located on Albany Road, the site is well-equipped and designed to be accessible for everyone in our community.
Choosing Your Plot
We understand that everyone has different levels of time and physical ability, so we offer a variety of options:
Standard Plots: Available in different sizes to suit how much you’d like to grow.
Accessible Gardening: We provide raised beds specifically designed for those who find traditional plots more challenging to manage.
Site Facilities
Members at Albany Road enjoy excellent on-site amenities, including:
The Shop & Kitchenette
Located at ‘The Shed’, offering supplies and a place for a cup of tea when the shop is open.
Equipment Hire
Access to lawnmowers and strimmers (available during Shop opening hours).
Practical Essentials
On-site toilets, a first aid kit, and multiple water taps and butts situated across the site.
